International transfers. Data may be processed by Google LLC in the United States. Google LLC participates in the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework, its UK Extension and the Swiss-U.S. Data Privacy Framework, which the European Commission and the Swiss Federal Council recognise as providing an adequate level of data protection for participating companies. Where these frameworks do not apply, Google relies on Standard Contractual Clauses.
